25 Feb Nominations within the Board of Directors
The Foundation is pleased to welcome two new Directors to its Board of Directors: Patrick De Roy, who was nominated as of January 1, 2026, and Grégoire Webber (2004 Scholar), who will begin his term on March 1, 2026.
Patrick de roy
Director
As the CIO of Fednav Holdings Inc., Patrick leads the development of the overall investment and asset allocation strategy for the portfolio, based on the investment philosophy, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and performance objectives. He also oversees the finance, accounting, operations, and administration activities of the family office.
Grégoire webber
Director
Grégoire Webber is Professor of Law and Philosophy at Queen’s University, Executive Director of the Supreme Court Advocacy Institute, and legal agent of the Department of Justice (Canada). Previously, he was senior policy advisor with the Privy Council Office, Legal Affairs Advisor to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, the Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould, and law clerk to Justice Binnie of the Supreme Court of Canada.
