Program Officer (Fellowship/Mentorship/PIP)
Claire-Anse Saint-Éloi is a program manager and communications strategist with over eight years of experience leading initiatives in human rights education, gender equality, and social development. She previously worked as a Program Officer at Equitas – International Centre for Human Rights Education, where she managed projects in Haiti and Kenya in collaboration with local organizations, communities, and public institutions.
She also worked with the Canadian Commission for UNESCO, where she coordinated projects within the Social and Human Sciences sector and supported the development of national networks, including the Youth Advisory Group and the Coalition of Inclusive Municipalities.
Her career has led her to collaborate with major cultural and community institutions such as the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Centre Phi, the Michaëlle Jean Foundation, the Broadbent Institute, Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ), Héma-Québec, and TD Bank.
Claire-Anse holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Communications Management from McGill University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the Université de Montréal.
