Antoine Pellerin is an assistant professor with the Faculty of Law at Université Laval, where he teaches administrative law. Armed with a doctorate in law (Université Laval) and a master’s degree in business administration (Université de Sherbrooke), his research focuses on the state’s power to contract and judicial control in public administration. He is also interested in issues of equity, equality and diversity as well as the role of the state in connection with them. As a doctoral fellow, he was supported by the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation and the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2010, he practised litigation with a major international law firm before embarking on his academic career. Antoine is a cofounder of the Montreal theatre company ExLibris and has served as its general manager since 2013
