Elizabeth Rivera

Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer since April 2023, Elizabeth Rivera’s mandate is to oversee the Foundation’s financial operations, governance and administrative functions. She provides the required support to align the Foundation’s strategic objectives with its operations. Elizabeth joined the Foundation in 2010 and has successively held the positions of Programs Officer (2010-2013), Assistant Director Administration (2013-2018) and Director Finance and Administration (2018-2023).

Elizabeth has over 25 years’ experience in administration and operations management. After studying in administration, she began her career in banking.

Before joining the Foundation, Elizabeth held a management position in a non-profit organization. She also managed a family business for several years.
