Program Officer since April 2025, Anna Heyvang's mandate is to manage the administration of the Foundation's fellowship and mentorship programs.

Anna holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization in Governance and Public Affairs from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts & Sciences from McGill University with a specialization in International Development and Economics. In addition, she recently completed a graduate microprogram in Business Administration at HEC Montréal in 2024.

She has extensive experience in analyzing and evaluating strategic issues, particularly due to her many years of service with both federal and provincial governments.
