Adrian Neacsu

Adrian Neacsu has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Foundation since August 2025. He oversees the production of financial statements, budgets, internal controls, and risk management.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holder of an MBA, he has over 25 years of experience in finance across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

His career includes leading multidisciplinary teams and managing technological projects and organizational transformations. Prior to joining the Foundation, he held executive positions in a social and community-focused organization. Known for his rigor, analytical skills, and leadership, he ensures that financial resources sustainably support the mission. Convinced that financial management is a lever for impact, Adrian places finance at the service of institutional values.
