Phaedra de Saint-Rome
As the Events & Leadership Program Officer, Phaedra de Saint-Rome is responsible for developing and managing the Foundation’s Institutes of Engaged Leadership, bringing together our community of Scholars, Mentors and Fellows for innovative learning experiences held throughout Canada and around the world.
Phaedra’s professional experience ranges from local and global grassroots initiatives to stints on Parliament Hill and at the United Nations. She has also worked in tech, and previously founded her own organization focused on engaging and empowering Canadian youth.
Through her diversity of experiences in both public and private sectors, Phaedra possesses a unique understanding of how to bridge diverse viewpoints and work towards common goals. She is well versed in stakeholder and community engagement and is able to discern valuable opportunities for the Foundation and its community.
Phaedra holds a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from McGill University. She also holds a graduate certificate in General Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
