Profile
An enthusiastic collaborator, contributor and creator, Caroline joined the Foundation in 2018, progressing into her role as Chief Operating Officer in 2021.
Caroline can excel in and adapt to various environments, having worked in multinational, entrepreneurial, and not-for-profit organizations, in finance and accounting, advisory services and management, in Canada and Australia. Throughout her career, she has progressed into leadership positions and worked on key organizational projects, including working closely on an initial public offering.
Caroline is dedicated to engaging in her community. She was nominated by the City of Montreal and Concertation Montréal to the Board of Directors of the Centre for the Prevention of Radicalization Leading to Violence, and currently serves as Treasurer. She also serves as Director and Treasurer for the Centre culturel Georges-Vanier, an amateur and professional arts and sociocultural centre in Montreal. She also served as Director at Playwrights' Workshop Montreal.
In 2019, she was named one of 21 Young Impact Leaders by the Future of Good and in 2020, she was a finalist for the Rising Star award of the Association of Quebec Women in Finance.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, and a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montreal. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with the Ordre des CPA du Québec. She also holds a Diploma in Creative Writing from Concordia University.
