2011 alumnus scholar Brent Loken is now the science liaison officer of the EAT Initiative / EAT Stockholm Food Forum, where his team is working on food systems and their impact on planetary health. Last October, EAT hosted a forum in Indonesia where Brent presented the EAT-Lancet Commission on Food, Planet, Health. The Commission will present its results in The Lancet in 2018, outlining actions to support and speed up food system transformation and help reach the SDGs and the Paris Agreement.
