2012 Trudeau scholar Steven Hoffman wrote an op-ed published in The Globe and Mail on 26 November 2012 about how foreign aid should reflect Canada's priorities. It includes a few statistics from the national survey conducted by the Environics Institute in conjunction with our annual conference on public policy held in Edmonton on 22-24 November 2012.
