Each year the Public Policy Forum's Testimonial Dinner pays tribute to distinguished leaders who have made outstanding contributions to public policy and good governance.

Prince Edward Island Premier and 2013 Trudeau mentor, the Honourable Wade MacLauchlan will chair the 29th Annual Testimonial Dinner & Awards in Toronto on 7 April 2016. Two other community members will be honored: Francoise Bertrand, president, Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec and 2013 Trudeau mentor, and 2006 scholar Taylor Owen, now Assistant Professor, Digital Media and Global Affairs, University of British Columbia and Founder & Editor-in-Chief, OpenCanada.org.

Wade MacLauchlan

Premier of Prince Edward Island and president emeritus of the University of Prince Edward Island, Mr. MacLauchlan is an expert in administrative law, constitutional law, public administration, and public policy.
