2011 Trudeau scholar and doctoral student in social anthropology at the University of Aberdeen Zoe Todd will give a talk at the conference World of Matter: Extractive Ecologies and Unceded Terrains, which will take place at Concordia University (EV, 7.735, 1515 Ste. Catherine St. West) on 21 February at 2:30 pm. Her presentation will be on the impact of resource extractive on a fishing community in Paulatuuq, Northwest Territories. She will also tell a Loch Ness Trickster-fish story.
