2010 Trudeau Scholar Libe Garcia Zarranz has been invited by Professor Belén Martin-Lucas, from the University of Vigo in Spain, to give a lecture entitled "Biopolitical Effacement and Disposable Bodies in Borderless: A Docu-Drama About the Lives of Undocumented Workers."

The lecture is sponsored by the Faculty of Philology and Translation of the University of Vigo, and the research project "Globalized Cultural Markets: the Production, Circulation and Reception of Difference," led by Prof. Martin-Lucas.

**Please note that the lecture will take place in room B5 (instead of B7).**



Libe García Zarranz

Libe has completed a doctorate in English and Film Studies at the University of Alberta and has started a postdoctoral fellowship in globalization and cultural studies at the University of Manitoba.
